We didn’t hear noise from connecting rooms, but heard everything above us. The bathroom needed updating and felt grungy. Not the best hotel I’ve stayed at in this city. Good for a one-night stay.

Stay at this hotel. The hot food at breakfast was lukewarm. It was quite nice for the price. The staff was professional yet friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was within walking distance of the hospital where I had an appointment.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Convenient, covered parking. Book it. There was only one lock on the door. No breakfast because of Covid. The rates were reasonable, and the front desk clerk was great. Access to the driveway was tricky because of the freeway frontage road and the on and off ramps.

I’d give this place a B rating. The room was clean, the staff was nice, and breakfast was well-managed. Not far from downtown, and across the street from a great restaurant. The room was clean, and the expected amenities were available. The employees were nice. My reservation was for 3 nights, but I didn’t even stay 1 night. I walked about 20 minutes from the motel to the convention center through a construction zone that was like zombie-land.

Don’t stay here. It was busy and understaffed, but the employees were friendly. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6 PM, so we had to return 2 hours later. Covid restrictions have taken a toll on the property. One of the lamps was missing a lightbulb. The hotel didn’t provide breakfast on weekdays. Consider other options. Great handicap room and excellent service. Not enough towels in the pool area, though.

My room had a balcony with a view of downtown. The hotel was close to the highway, so I heard loud traffic noise. The room was clean and adequate for an overnight stay, but it was showing its age.

The bathroom never warmed up. Breakfast was awesome. The check-in clerk was hard to understand because she talked with her head down. When we got to our room, it hadn’t been cleaned, so we had to go back down and ask for another room. It was fine and pretty clean with the exception of the mildew on the shower curtain. I mentioned it and got a discount. I had to go to the front desk a few times to get service in the bar area.

The food was OK. Breakfast was decent, and the people who worked the omelet bar were the friendliest people at the hotel. Good staff. If you’re looking for a great hotel, stay here.
