I have started biking there and the local running group does runs in Lynndale as you can run for miles on quiet streets. Another great road is Corey Road off of Fire Tower. I would not currently buy property from 1st to 4th streets as that neighborhood is mostly college rentals and sketch areas. But, Greenville is growing and has a ton of potential.
