Do you want to start detect and repair? Usually though it just says failed to launch in safe mode then detect and repair. In reply to BettorsChat. Are you specifically trying to start Outlook in safe mode, or normally? What version of Office do you have and where did you buy it from?

I’ve also uninstalled Office and re-installed but nothing has changed, still cannot open Outlook.
