Cancellation Policy

The Dream Chaser Catamaran requires a minimum number of 10 passengers in order for Public Tours to go out. We reserve the right to cancel a cruise if the minimum number of passengers are not booked for the day you have chosen. Passengers will be notified by email/phone if a cruise is cancelled or rescheduled.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to inclement weather, maintenance or other unforeseen occurrences that may put in danger the safety of our passengers.

We request a 24 hour cancellation notice for a refund to be issued. Tickets purchased online are for that date and time only. Cruises may be rescheduled to a different date/time, prior to the 24 hour window, by contacting Dream Chaser Tamarindo directly by phone or email.

Inclement Weather

Cruises will be cancelled during lightning/thunderstorms. You will be notified by phone or email if the cruise is cancelled. If you have purchased a ticket online you will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule to a different date. We will cruise in light rain or overcast weather.

Cruises still take place on cloudy/overcast days! No refunds will be issued for this.

No Shows

If you have paid for a cruise and did not show up or cancel a reservation, you will not be issued a refund. Please give us the courtesy of a phone call to let us know you will not be able to attend.

Alcohol and Tobacco Policy

Our Ocean Tour fully inclusive, including Beer, Tequila, Rum, Whiskey & all Mixed Drinks.

Smoking is only allowed in the very back of the stern.

Note: By Purchasing a ticket to board our Catamaran, you waive important rights and release Dream Chaser Sunset Tours SRL from all liability for your injury or death, so please read carefully before Purchasing.

  1. I acknowledge that Ocean Activities & Sailing is an inherently dangerous activity involving significant risk of injury, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death.
  2. I accept and assume all risks, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF Dream Chaser Tamarindo or its instructors, employees or contractors, or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation
  3. In consideration of being allowed to participate in any Dream Chaser Tour, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby freely and knowingly release, discharge, and hold harmless Dream Chaser Tamarindo and its instructors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from all liability for any injury that I may suffer as a result of my participation in Dream Chaser Tamarindo programs INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE and waive all my rights to take any legal action against Dream Chaser, and its instructors, employees and contractors from and against any and all claims of liability, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE, for any act or omission which causes me damages, illness, injury, disease, or death, in any way connected with my participation in this activity, including rendering or failing to render any type of rescue, emergency or medical services.
  4. In consideration of being allowed to participate in Dream Chaser Tours, I agree that I shall not make a claim or bring any action against, sue, or hold responsible, Dream Chaser, its instructors, owners, officers, agents, or employees, for any liability described in paragraph 3 above.
  5. I agree that if I observe any hazards during my participation in Dream Chaser Tamarindo Tours it is my responsibility to bring such hazard to the attention of the nearest Dream Chaser Tamarindo Captain, Deck Hand, Employee or Contractor immediately and to remove myself from participating.
  6. I hereby agree that Dream Chaser may use images of this Catamaran Tour, Snorkeling Lesson, Surf Lesson or other Dream Chaser Tour for its promotional and/or commercial purposes, and I consent to the use of my name and likeness for such use in any media now known or not known without compensation to me.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY PURCHASING THIS TICKET.

Política de cancelación

El Catamarán Dream Chaser requiere un número mínimo de 10 pasajeros para que el Tour Público pueda operar. Inclemencias del tiempo

Ausencias

Si ha pagado un crucero y no se presentó o canceló una reserva, no se le realizará ningún reembolso. Denos la cortesía de una llamada telefónica para informarnos que no podrá asistir.

Política de alcohol y fumado

Nuestro Tour Oceánico con todo incluido; incluye cerveza, tequila, ron, whisky y todas las bebidas mixtas.

Solo se permite fumar en la parte trasera de la popa.

RECONOZCO QUE HE LEÍDO ESTA PUBLICACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y ASUNCIÓN DEL ACUERDO DE RIESGO, COMPRENDIENDO COMPLETAMENTE SUS TÉRMINOS, ENTIENDO QUE HE DADO DERECHOS SUSTANCIEROS AL COMPRAR ESTE TIQUETE.
