Updated to latest version. Please advise. Same problem here. On Windows 10 was working to disable the ‘Turn On Fast Startup’ but in latest version is not working anymore. The computer is shutdown, all fans are turned off and after approximately 4 seconds is turning on by itself.

Absolutely the same problem here, also on Dell XPS. I’m also having this same problem. Computer turns on roughly 3 seconds after shutting down. I’ve literally tried just about everything from Google searches. The issue is likely tied to hardware. The hardware I purchased was the following Win 7,8. It doesn’t occur in seconds, it takes 5 to 10 minutes which is really frustrating. I turn it off and get in bed and am just relaxing and dozing off and the computer comes back on flooding the room with light.
